FLY's work is local and steady: relationships first, classrooms next, and long-term student retention always.
We have worked across 14 locations. This gallery highlights snapshots from some city clubs where volunteers and students are learning together.
We supported the setup of two computer-based centres with collaborators, then introduced our AI tutor Shikshak so students can explore guided practice.
Students get structured time on computers, practical digital exposure, and support from mentors on the ground. This complements in-person learning circles and helps build confidence.
